| We at Vivisimo Inc. invited Puro Queso Jazz Quartet to play Latin jazz at the Grand Opening of our new headquarters in summer, 2005 after hearing them play Downtown. The event, attended by the Mayor, CMU's president, the French Consul, and other dignitaries, was very enjoyable, in no small part due to Puro Queso's presence, music selection, and performance. | "The CMU Graduate Student Assembly invited Puro Queso Jazz Quartet to provide a fitting accompaniment to our annual wine tasting event at the PPG Aquarium. Puro Queso proved a delightful addition to the evening's Latin theme. Blending beautifully with wine and tapas, the band skillfully kept the crowd entertained all night with sophisticated selections, even getting grad students to dance (no small feat!). | Puro Queso Jazz Quartet performed for Snowshoe Mountain’s 2006 Taste of the Mountains Wine & Jazz Festival. The Quartet arrived to the mountain on time, with an extremely simple load-in and set-up they were performing in no time. Puro Queso Jazz Quartet was professional from start to finish; with an outstanding performance they contributed to our Wine and Jazz festival becoming a success.
